Sarim Qamar

Born in Lørenskog, Akershus, into a second-generation Pakistani household.

Currently in the third year of a bachelor’s degree in graphic design at Westerdals Institute for Creativity and Design (Kristiania), Oslo.

Practice spans social intervention, visual communication and editorial design, and works across Norwegian, English and Urdu.

Approaches design as a problem to be solved, not a surface to be styled. Drawn to the difficult brief and the constraint that forces a new answer. Finds clarity through the challenge.
